5. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Restocking Fee Policy
No restocking fee for:
- Standard returns (change of mind) within 30 days
- Defective/damaged items
- Wrong item sent
- Item not as described
Restocking fee applies for:
- Refused delivery without valid reason: £15
- Uncollected parcel: £15
- Multiple failed delivery attempts: £10
- Wrong address provided: £20
- Wrong address + reship: £25
