Our store is hosted on WordPress. Your data is stored in WordPress’s data storage systems and databases, on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Data retention periods:

  • Order and transaction data: retained for 7 years in accordance with UK tax law.
  • Customer account data: retained for the duration of the account, plus 2 years after account closure.
  • Marketing consent data: retained until consent is withdrawn.
  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with the settings of the respective tool (see Article 5).

Payment:

Our payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd (Stripe), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stripe processes all payment transactions on our behalf and handles the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay. Your payment card details are encrypted using SSL technology and are never stored on our servers. Stripe retains payment data only as long as required by applicable law and its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/gb/privacy). For Klarna and Clearpay: these Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). When you choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout, your personal and financial data is shared directly with Klarna Bank AB or Clearpay Finance Ltd, and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
