SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays). For larger items such as cribs, co-sleepers, and prams, or during peak periods (November–December), dispatch may take up to 72 business hours.
Piegin currently delivers to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The choice of carrier and shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, basket total, and destination.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Royal Mail / tracked courier (home delivery, collection point, or post office — estimated delivery within 8 to 15 business days from dispatch confirmation. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 18 business days)
Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers. In such cases, items may be shipped separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee of £3.90 applies.
Piegin reserves the right to modify or waive shipping fees for a limited period without prior notice. Current shipping costs are always displayed at the top of every page and at the order confirmation step.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories included. Items are not considered “used” solely because they have been unpackaged for inspection, provided they show no signs of actual use, assembly, or installation.

For orders containing multiple products shipped separately, the 30-day return period begins from the date of receipt of the last item in the order.
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In the event of a cancellation or return, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund amount proportional to any damage or signs of use observed on the returned product, beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives fully or partially defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
To do so, send us an email at [email protected] including:
- Proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot of your order confirmation email)
- Photos of the defective item(s)
- Your preference: replacement or refund
ORDER CANCELLATION
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us immediately at [email protected].
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to physically intercept the delivery. However, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us upon receipt of the item to arrange a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method by default. If you prefer to receive store credit instead for your next purchase, please let us know when contacting our support. All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Orders exchanged or returned due to a manufacturer defect will not incur restocking fees. Only the final price paid (after any discounts), plus the original standard delivery fee if applicable, will be refunded.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (and often sooner).

- Contact your payment provider (bank, card issuer, or BNPL service such as Klarna or Clearpay as applicable) — processing times may vary.

SALE ITEMS
In accordance with UK law, items purchased on sale or during a promotion are eligible for a refund within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period only. Our extended 30-day commercial guarantee does not apply to sale items.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They are only deducted from your refund in the following cases: (1) the item was defective or damaged upon receipt, (2) we provided a prepaid return label, or (3) the delivery was refused. In all other cases, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer but is not deducted from the product refund.
For items valued over £30, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Piegin cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
